A trading and agency company for the flower business

HUBBLE GROUP MÜMESSİLLİK İHRACAT VE İTHALAT DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ is registered in Istanbul as a representation, export and import company. We operate in a single sector — fresh cut flowers, potted plants and floral consumables — and our value is in the connections and the control around them.

For buyers abroad we act as a sourcing office in Türkiye: we identify growers, negotiate on your behalf, inspect the product before it is packed and organise the shipment. For buyers in this region we do the reverse, importing and consolidating varieties that are not grown here in commercial quantities.

Because we work as an agent as well as a trader, we are equally comfortable handling a shipment on our own account or standing behind your own supplier relationship and simply making it work.

Services

Four ways we are usually engaged

Most clients start with one of these and add the others once the first shipments run smoothly.

Export sourcing

We locate Turkish growers for the varieties, grades and volumes you need, agree pricing and seasonal programmes, and take the order through to dispatch — with the phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and commercial documents prepared for your customs clearance.

Import & consolidation

Varieties that are not available locally in commercial quantities are imported from established international markets, cleared, and split into the order sizes your business actually uses instead of full pallets.

Agency & representation

As a registered representation company, we act for suppliers who want a presence in this market and for buyers who want someone on the ground: negotiation, contract follow-up, sample handling and dispute resolution.

Quality control

Before a box is closed we check variety, stem length, head size, bunch count and cold-chain handling against the written specification, and confirm the result with photographs before dispatch.

Regular lines

The varieties below move through our office most often. Assortments outside this list are quoted on request.

Roses

Standard and spray, 40–70 cm, full colour range, year round.

Peonies

Seasonal lines shipped in tight bud for long transit.

Hydrangeas

Blue, white and pink heads, hydrated packing, tray shipment.

Orchids

Cut cymbidium and phalaenopsis stems, sleeved and boxed.

Dahlias

Ball and decorative types for seasonal event programmes.

Lavender & dried lines

Fresh and dried bunches, stable in storage and easy to ship.

Tulips, carnations, chrysanthemums, gerberas, lilies, eucalyptus and decorative greenery are supplied on programme. Send your assortment list with target volumes and delivery weeks, and we will confirm what can be covered from Turkish production and what needs to be imported.

Goods are inspected, packed, documented and handed to the carrier with tracking details sent to you.
